What do I do if I received an defective product?

If by any chance, you receive a defective order. Please email support at support@clickbargainoutlet.com with a photo attached of the product explaining the issue. We will work to resolve any issues you're having with your purchase.

Do you offer a refund on FREE Plus Shipping or Clearance items?

No. Any items that are purchased that are on clearance or on a FREE plus shipping promotion are not subject to refunds or exchanges.

What is your return and refund policy when purchasing through your store?

Here at Click Bargain Outlet, we want to ensure that your satisfied with your purchase. If your not satisfied, we do offer a no-hassle refund for 7 days after you've received your purchased. After this time, we will only allow a replacement of the product up to 30 days.
